The journey began with Sabroze Khan, whose career in design started in 2015 as an Assistant Interior Designer. Over the years, he mastered the practical and creative dimensions of interior execution, working closely on multiple residential projects across varying budgets and typologies. To strengthen his foundation further, he pursued Interior Design at JNAFAU, shaping his approach with a balance of technical precision and European-influenced modern minimalism.
With a growing passion to innovate beyond conventional design practices, he established House of Grey — an independent studio built on discipline, storytelling through spaces, and a commitment to premium turnkey execution.

04. Space Planning & Material Direction
1. Final layouts, circulation planning, storage planning, zoning, and material palette selection. 2. This builds the foundation for detailed drawings.
05. Technical Drawings + 3D + BOQ
1. Detailed drawings, civil plans, electrical and plumbing plans, carpentry drawings, ceiling plans, 3D renders, and a detailed BOQ with costing. 2. This ensures execution is precise and predictable.
06. Turnkey Execution
1. Civil works, carpentry, modular works, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, lighting installation, and finishes. 2. All work is executed under supervision and quality checks.
07. Quality Checks & Weekly Updates
