Our process begins with a free consultation to understand your vision. We then move to proposal and agreement, followed by concept development with 3D visualizations. Once approved, we create detailed designs and technical drawings before starting execution. Each step is collaborative to ensure your vision is realized.

Absolutely. High-quality 3D visualizations are a core part of our design phase. This allows you to see exactly how your space will look and feel, and we offer revisions to ensure it perfectly matches your expectations before any physical work begins.

We encourage client collaboration. Your input is crucial during the initial consultation, concept development, and material selection stages. While we manage the technical execution, your aesthetic preferences guide the project’s direction from start to finish.

The budget is established based on the project scope, material specifications, and level of customization discussed during the initial consultation. We provide a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with a transparent cost breakdown. There are no hidden charges.

Our payment schedule is milestone-based. Payments are made in installments as the project progresses through key stages (e.g., design approval, civil work completion, final handover). This ensures you only pay for completed work.

The prices outlined in our final agreement and BOQ are fixed. The only time costs may change is if you request a change in scope or materials during the project. Any such changes are always discussed and approved by you in writing before implementation.

Timelines vary by project size. A standard 3BHK turnkey interior project typically takes 3-4 months post-design finalization. A full architectural villa project can take 12-18 months. We provide a detailed project schedule with guaranteed timelines for every project.

Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager and site supervisor. They oversee all on-site activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure strict quality control. You will receive regular progress updates through our digital client portal.

Yes. We stand by the quality of our work. We offer a 6-month post-project support period for any snagging or adjustments. Additionally, many materials and fittings come with their own manufacturer warranties, which we facilitate.
