PROJECT CODE
HOG-R-13 (Residential Interior Architecture)
The Brass Grid Residence represents a curated intersection of industrial textures and luxe finishes, designed to maximize spatial perception within an apartment footprint. The central architectural intervention is a floor-to-ceiling brass-finished metal partition. This skeletal structure acts as a permeable screen, visually separating the living and dining zones while maintaining light transmission and sightlines.
The material palette is bold and textural. Public zones utilize a concrete-finish cladding on the entertainment wall to contrast with the warmth of the walnut ceiling rafts and the polished brass elements. The kitchen departs from neutrals, employing a deep teal and black glass combination for a moody, modern aesthetic. In the private quarters, the design integrates biophilic elements, most notably a backlit circular preserved moss installation that serves as the focal point of the master suite. Precision joinery is evident throughout, from the tinted glass wardrobes to the window-integrated workspaces, ensuring every square foot is functionally optimized.
