PROJECT CODE
HOG-R-12( Residential Interior Architecture) -> On-Going
The project is defined by the recurring architectural motif of the arch—seen in doorways, headboards, niches, and millwork—accentuated by gilded brass detailing.
The Gilded Arc Residence acts as a dialogue between soft geometry and rigid materiality. The design language is unified by the persistent use of the arch—a classic architectural form reinterpreted here as a contemporary graphic element. This motif appears rhythmically throughout the home: framing the entrance foyer, softening the master headboard, and outlining the puja niche.
The material palette is robust and luxurious, anchoring the space with Italian marble flooring while utilizing brass (gold PVD) accents to introduce verticality and elegance. A key spatial intervention is the inclusion of a traditional 'Jhula' (swing) in the dining area, creating a playful yet cultural bridge between the formal living and dining zones. The kitchen departs from the neutral living shell with a bold, dark green and black colour-way, emphasizing a shift from leisure to function. Each bedroom operates as a distinct thematic zone, ranging from the playful aviation-inspired kids' room to the serene, texture-heavy master suite.
