PROJECT CODE
HOG-R-10 (Residential Interior Architecture)
The name articulates the project's defining dialogue between heavy, veined stone cladding and delicate, vertical lattice elements like the rose-gold screen and fluted panelling.
The Stone Lattice Residence is a study in geometric precision and material contrast, orchestrated to create a modern duplex of refined elegance. The design language is anchored by the extensive use of white Statuario marble flooring, which provides a luminous canvas for bolder architectural interventions. Verticality is a recurring theme, expressed through floor-to-ceiling stone cladding with dark groove detailing in the living areas and fluted joinery in the private zones.
A focal point of the spatial organization is the rose-gold stainless steel partition, which delicately screens the kitchen from the dining area while maintaining visual permeability. This metallic warmth is echoed in the bespoke door hardware and light fixtures, softening the cool tones of the grey upholstery and stone surfaces. The kitchen is treated as a high-functioning aesthetic volume, featuring high-gloss cabinetry and integrated appliances that blend seamlessly with the architectural shell. Throughout the residence, lighting is employed architecturally—using linear profiles and backlit coves—to accentuate the geometry of the built forms.
